Property Accessibility Statement
There is one ADA parking space. There is an adjacent aisle for loading and unloading car/van. Level surface with no curb or with curb ramps for wheelchairs, walkers, etc. Parking space is closest to the entrance. The ADA parking space is adjacent to the south west gate of the property. There is accessible entry onto the property. There are no steep slopes, cross slopes, abrupt level changes or steps. There is simply a gate from the ADA space to the entrance of the property. The route of travel that does not require the use of stairs. The route of travel is stable, firm and slip-resistant. The route is at least 36 inches wide. All objects protruding into the circulation paths be detected by a person with a visual disability using a cane.

The Lofts at St Pete Beach is committed to making our website accessible to people with disabilities.
